About the role:
We are looking for an outstanding R&D team leader to join us!
As R&D team leader, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of features and enhancements for the product and ensure technical solutions align with product goals and customer needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for building our detection capabilities - From the design thorough the development, and deployment of agents that detect and analyze security incidents in real-time, focusing on ensuring the highest standards of security and monitoring across Web3 infrastructures.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute, innovate, evolve and become a leader and a key player as part of our top talented team members
- Technical leadership - Guide the team in best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor and guide team members on best practices, architecture decisions, and infrastructure improvements.
- Drive the architecture and scalability of detection pipelines, ensuring they operate in real-time with high efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, security, and research teams to define and implement agent-based detection strategies.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration between detection systems and other platform components

Requirements
- Can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a team player
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience managing sprints and backlogs.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and inspire technical teams to achieve goals.
- 5+ years of experience with Python
- Experience with Web3 ecosystem & DeFi protocols - a significant advantage
- Experience with a cloud platform (e.g., AWS)
- Experience with SQL databases. PostgreSQL - advantage
- Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies & relevant tools.
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
